ADOEI’s 2025 Charity Donation Drive: Touching Lives at Teshie Children’s Home

On August 29, 2026, A Dose of Encouragement Inc. carried out its 6th Annual Social Impact Project at Echoing Hills Orphanage now Blissful Children's Home in Madina, Accra, reaching over 100 children through a day of giving, fellowship, encouragement, and meaningful connection.
Through the generosity of our donors, volunteers, partners, and supporters, we were able to provide food and essential toiletries to support the children and the orphanage. What made the day especially meaningful, however, went far beyond the items we brought.
More Than a Donation
One of the most memorable parts of our visit was spending time with the children while sharing meals together. We sat with them, talked, listened, laughed, and enjoyed conversations that reminded us how powerful genuine human connection can be.
Sometimes impact is not found only in what we give. It is also found in being present, listening, sharing a meal, and allowing someone to know that they are seen, valued, and cared for.
The day's activities also included presentations, words of encouragement, prayer, and an informative talk from an administrator of Blissful Children's Home, who shared more about the orphanage, its work, and the children it serves.
Reaching Over 100 Children
This year's outreach gave us the opportunity to reach more than 100 children. With the support of our community, we provided food and essential toiletries while also creating space for fellowship, encouragement, prayer, conversation, and shared experiences.
Six Years of Making a Difference
The 2026 outreach marked the sixth year of our Annual Social Impact Project, a milestone we are deeply grateful to have reached. For six years, this initiative has given A Dose of Encouragement Inc. an opportunity to put our mission into action by serving communities and individuals through encouragement, compassion, and practical support.
Every year looks a little different, but the heart behind the work remains the same: to touch lives, inspire hope, and remind people that they matter.

Most importantly, we give thanks to God, whose grace has carried this organization and made it possible for us to continue serving year after year. We pray that He continues to bless everyone who gave, served, prayed, and supported this mission.
As we look back through the photographs and videos from this special day, we are reminded that impact is not always measured by numbers. Sometimes it is found in a conversation, a shared meal, a smile, a prayer, or a moment of genuine connection.
